Building kits ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Full design-build work is concentrated in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana.
Every design decision gets evaluated against the pro forma. Hallway widths, unit modules, eave heights, door schedules, finish specs - everything has a cost and revenue implication, and we say so when a choice is going to move the number.
We work in writing. Bids are line-itemed. Change orders go through a defined workflow. Schedule milestones are committed in the contract.
