Design-build means one company handles design, engineering, and construction under a single contract. The owner gets one point of accountability instead of separate contracts with an architect, engineer, and general contractor. Schedule, cost, and design intent stay aligned because the same team is responsible for all three.

Single-story drive-up self-storage typically runs $30 to $55 per rentable square foot for the building shell. Multi-story runs $65 to $110 per rentable square foot. How long does a self-storage build take?

A typical single-story facility runs 6 to 9 months from broken ground to certificate of occupancy. Multi-story and climate-controlled projects run 9 to 14 months. Pre-engineered steel components are fabricated in parallel with site work, which keeps the schedule predictable.

Do you offer building kits, or only full design-build?

Both. We sell complete pre-engineered metal building kits with stamped engineered drawings, pre-punched primary and secondary framing, and all fasteners. Owners can erect the kit themselves, hire a third-party erector, or hire our crew to handle erection.
